30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@marketfrequency.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.

Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to large fixture returns (shelving units, mannequins, display cases, and items over 20 lbs). Smaller items and accessories are not subject to restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — no return shipping required for confirmed damage cases.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom display solutions and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures faster processing.
